We regularly use the services of a group of highly trusted and professional translators on behalf of our clients. Each translator has significant experience in the specific skill of translating patents and patent-related text. This guarantees high quality results and protects the integrity of the patent during translation.
We regularly supply translations into or from a wide range of languages including English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Russian, Japanese, Chinese and Korean.
We keep our translation charging simple to provide our clients with cost certainty and transparency. Unless the translation is urgent or requires a translator’s certificate, we will simply charge a word rate – no typing charges; no postage or email charges; no charges for checking.
Validations
We validate a large number of European patents in the UK and elsewhere in Europe on a regular basis and our service is designed to provide clients with a range of advantages and peace of mind including:

- Withers & Rogers LLP becomes the address for service for the UK, meaning that you can be sure we will receive and forward any official communications, including overdue renewal notices
- Fast turn-around. Most validation instructions are carried out on the day of receipt of our clients’ instructions
- Renewal reminders will be sent to you in advance of renewal deadlines, unless you send instructions otherwise
