Inclusion at Withers & Rogers

At Withers & Rogers, inclusion is part of how we work, how we lead, and how we support one another every day. We are committed to creating a workplace where people can be themselves, feel valued, and do their best work in a culture that is genuine, supportive, and respectful.

Our values guide our behaviours and decisions. They shape how we treat each other, how we develop our people, and how we create an environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. We know that people perform at their best when they feel safe, included, and supported — and we are committed to making that a reality for everyone who works with us.

Diversity, equity & inclusion in practice

We recognise that inclusion requires action, accountability, and continuous learning. Our approach to diversity, equity and inclusion is evidence‑based and embedded across the employee lifecycle — from recruitment and development to progression and retention.

You can find more detail about our commitments, initiatives, and progress on our Diversity & Inclusion page.

Reasonable adjustments & support

We want everyone to have a fair and positive experience when applying for and working with us.

If you require reasonable adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process — or once you join us — we encourage you to let us know. This might include adjustments related to disability, health conditions, neurodiversity, caring responsibilities, or any other individual needs.

We take a flexible, person‑centred approach and will work with you to understand what support or adjustments will help you perform at your best. Requesting adjustments will never disadvantage you, and all conversations are handled with care and confidentiality.
