At the end of August our Sheffield office moved to new
premises in the heart of the city. The 7,500sqft of space
has been fitted out to meet the needs of the growing
Sheffield team and in particular provide space for
planned expansion in the coming years.

The move comes six years after the
office was founded by two partners,
David McWilliams and Paul Foot, in
around 300sqft of space. The office
has since experienced sustained
growth to reach a headcount of 22
professional and support staff, which
can meet the needs of clients, be
they in the advanced engineering,
electronics and software, chemistry
or life sciences fields. Indeed, since
moving in we have already welcomed
Gemma McGeough, an associate in
the Advanced Engineering Group, who
joins us from a leading London firm.
Electric Works, our previous
building, had helped facilitate this
growth, due to its flexible terms
that enabled us to add space as
required, but it became clear that
further growth there was not viable
and we started looking for new space
in autumn 2014, securing space in
Derwent House in spring of this year.
The new office has already won
praise internally and externally for its
modern and airy design, and we look
forward to welcoming visiting clients
and contacts in the coming months.
