Ellis Moldrich is a trainee patent attorney and part of our Advanced Engineering group.
He is currently gaining experience in patent law through drafting and patent prosecution. He has experience handling a range of mechanical inventions and expertise in areas of aerospace, mechanical and automotive engineering.
Education & background
Ellis has a master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering with a Year in Industry from the University of Sheffield. As part of his year in industry, he worked at Innotech Alberta, a research and technology organisation based in Edmonton, Canada on a materials engineering project. His final year project involved optimising an America’s Cup wing sail using historic race data and CFD simulations.
On a personal note…
Ellis is an avid watcher of American football and F1. In his spare time, he enjoys going on photography walks, playing basketball with his friends and bouldering.
